     SPEDECUT products are designed for maximum performance. Our packaging is deigned to enable you to quickly realize that performance.
     Heavy duty shipping/storage containers assure the safe arrival of our product to the customer and provide ease of handling, identification and dispensing. All SPEDECUT packaging, marking, as well as our products themselves comply with OSHA and ANSI standards.

  

Non-Standard

     The chances are good that SPEDECUT has a standard wheel and grade that will provide you with the industry's best performance, durability, and cost effectiveness for your application. But, if you feel that a custom wheel, specifically formulated for your unique operations may provide significantly improved performance or cost advantages, call us directly at the numbers provided on the sales page.

     Responsiveness to customer needs IS the key to success, and special orders don't upset us.
     

General Safety Information

     This is NOT intended as a complete guide in the use, care, and protection in the use of abrasive wheels. For further details, refer to "American National Safety Standards - Safety Requirements" for "The use, care And Protection Of Abrasive Wheels" ANSI B-7.1. Users should read and become familiar with this IMPORTANT document.

ALWAYS !!!!!!!!!

   * Wear proper protective equipment.
   * Inspect wheels before using
   * Handle and store wheels in a careful manner
   * Store on flat surfaces and in dry conditions
   * Use wheel guards and protective hoods
   * Check max RPM of wheel against machine speed
   * Check for proper spindle mounting
   * Use correct diameter mounting flanges
     (flanges should cover at least 1/4 dia. of wheel)
   * Run new wheels for at least 1 minute at speed
   * Have guards in place before using
   * Use proper mounting procedures
   * Use the right machine and equipment
   * Routinely check machine conditions
   * Correct sub-standard safety conditions
   * Use the right wheel for the right job

Order information

COMBINED PRICING

     When you order in standard pack quantities per part number, combine the total order to get the best quantity price per wheel.
     Orders differing from standard pack quantities are subject to an additional handling charge.

Terms

     2% 10 days, net 30.
     Minimum $50 order from factory.
     Prices subject to change without notice.

Shipping

     Freight charges will be prepaid on orders of $600.00 or more calling for one shipment to a single destination within the continental United States, or to point of export for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, or other destinations. On special off book pricing quotes this policy does not apply. All other shipments are FOB factory.

     We reserve the right to ship +/- 10% complete.

     No returns unless authorized by the factory. Returns are subject to a 15% restock charge.
